IT Support Technician
Up to £35,000 DOE + Door to Door call out + Pension + 28 days annual leave + Company Van or Fuel Card

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced IT business, expanding on the back of new business, with options for progression based on performance.

This company is a local IT Service Provider which supplies a complete IT solution to its client companies in all sizes.

In this role you will solve a variety of problems for clients, providing 1st and 2nd line support on software/network and IT hardware troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have good experience with LAN/WAN protocols, networking, routing and firewalls. An MSP background is strongly desired.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving company with a large amount of accumulated experience and knowledge, where no two days are the same and where no one leaves without learning something new each day.

The Role:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • 1st /2nd line support
  • 1 in 4 weeks on call + some occasional weekend working

The Person:

  • LAN/WAN experience
  • Networking/Routing/Firewall experience
  • MSP background (strongly desired)
  • Experience with commercial quotes
