IT Support Technician
Up to £30,000 DOE + ON-SITE + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Progression + Training

This is an amazing opportunity for an IT Support Technician looking for their next challenge, working on 1st/2nd Line infrastructure support within a business that offers great progression and the opportunity to expand your knowledge with excellent training!

In this role you will deliver high-quality technical infrastructure support to help shape the onward direction of solutions, calling upon your great knowledge and expertise to continue the company's successes.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing IT support, along with experience working with EDI Technologies, Windows and Microsoft. Experience with Active Directory would be advantageous.

The Role:

- 1st Line IT Support Technician
- Delivering On-Site Infrastructure Support to users
- Fantastic internal training and opportunity for progression
- Providing High-Quality, IT Infrastructure Support in a Logistics Company
- Mon-Fri Role, Fully On-Site

The Person:

- Must have experience in a 1st Line Infrastructure Based Role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose faults
- Good Understanding of EDI Technologies, Office 365 and Windows
- Good Experience Troubleshooting and Supporting Network Infrastructure
