£22,000 - £25,000 + Holiday + Pension + Progression

Excellent opportunity for an IT technician to join a growing IT and Cloud Solutions provider offering full in house training and excellent progression opportunities.

This company are a well-established managed service business who provide technical support to a diverse range of clients and industries. They provide solutions such as Infrastructure support and migration as well as ERP and Cloud solutions.

In this role you will be involved in resolving internal user and external client IT issues through diagnostics and relaying the information back to said parties. As a workshop technician you will be required to configurate and build IT equipment.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in an IT Technician role, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Office 365 and Server Operating Systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior technical support engineer looking to grow in a thriving and expanding IT and Cloud Solution provider in a varied role offering training and progression.
The Role:
*Providing high levels of customer service
*Resolving IT issues relating to operating systems
*Configurate and build hardware.
*Manage service requests
* You are required to be on site 5 Days a week

The Person:
*Able to complete repairs on broken equipment
*Knowledge of networks and servers
*Desirable to have experience with Acronis Imaging Software and Microsoft Intune
*Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and Office 365
