Rise Technical Recruitment the leading technical and engineering recruitment company in the UK. We are currently growing rapidly, from a 3 person Bristol start-up 16 years ago, to opening offices in London, Manchester and Miami this year. Due to this growth, we are looking for someone organised to join the team!
Our administration team is the back-bone of our business and enjoys sharing the rewards of its growth with inclusion of incentives like trips abroad, meals at top Bristol restaurants and many more.
- Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
- Processing sales invoices
- Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
- Dealing with queries
- Advising on overdue accounts
- Training on Sage and other systems
- Previous Administration experience advantagous, but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Keen to learn
