Over the past 18 months we have had a full office refurb in our Bristol HQ, opened offices in London and Manchester and have international offices due to open this year.
Our administration team is the back-bone of our business and enjoys sharing the rewards of its growth with inclusion of incentives like trips abroad, meals at top Bristol restaurants and many more.
- Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
- Processing sales invoices
- Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
- Dealing with queries
- Advising on overdue accounts
- Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Great attention to detail
