$45,000 + 20 days PTO + 401k

This is a great entry level role for a motivated candidate looking to progress their career and excel within this field of work.
In this role you will be based in the head office in Fairfax, with the option for remote/hybrid working after completion of the performance review.
This is an award winning, diverse engineering and management consultancy, who focuses on the energy efficiency and environmental impact of their works. Covering the eastern and central US, they have established themselves as a leader in their field and are continuing to expand, hence this role being created.
Their projects are mainly new builds, with the majority of them being residential (apartments and townhouses), but also some commercial projects too.

In this role, you will undertake a variety of training to become a future residential mechanical engineer; HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, standards and codes of conduct, deliverables timetables, detailed software knowledge, client management and lots more.
This will enable you to carry out load calculations and design residential HVAC systems using the industry's leading software. You will part of a collaborative environment that will allow you to expand your knowledge each day.

The Role:
- Engage in a variety of engaging training
- Carry out load calculations and design residential HVAC systems

The Person:
- Proficiency in Excel/SharePoint
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
Relevant coursework in areas such as: fluids, HVAC, material science, circuits etc…
- Eligibility to work in the United States
