Fully Home Based

£23,000 - £28,000 + Progression + Training + Pension + Holidays + Company Benefits

Do you have customer service experience and are looking for a position in which you can develop your skills to become a Technical Support engineer at an industry leading company?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to become a technical product specialist in order to support customers using your problem solving skills combined with your customer service experience.

The company have gone from strength to strength and are looking for an additional support engineer to assist with the increase in workload.

This would suit someone coming with customer service experience and are looking for a challenging role where you will support customers with their technical issues.

The role:

  • Use product knowledge to support colleagues and customers through telephone/email/video/remote access
  • Produce a range of media to assist with support
  • Act as the middle man between suppliers and vendors to advise on design solutions
  • Responsible for knowing when to escalate customer issues

The person:

  • Customer service experience
  • Interest / experience in IT / CAD packages
  • Looking for a long term career at an industry leading company
