Junior Surveyor

Up to £40k + Support to Chartership + Fuel Expenses

This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to join a fast growing property development group in the North West. On offer is a chance to join a company that is committed to your development by supporting you all the way to chartership.

Do you have experience in Surveying whether that be Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or any other kind of surveying role? Do you want to join a growing business and be fundamental to the company as it grows?

The company are one of the UK's fastest growing development companies, with a strong portfolio of work. They work on projects mostly in the North West but sometimes across the Midlands too. They work on projects that range to £Ms in value and are experiencing more and more repeat business through being the best in their field.

In this role you will be split between office work and site work and assess sites for their suitability to be developed on. You will monitor deterioration or defects of a property and offering advice on repair work.

This is an excellent opportunity therefore would suit a surveyor from a variety of backgrounds that is looking to step up in their next role and grow alongside an ambitious company.

The Role:

  • Assess sites/buildings for the suitability for construction
  • Detailing building condition and landscaping reports
  • Monitor defects on properties and offer advice on repair works

The Person:

  • Come from any discipline of surveying
  • RICS or other industry qualification and/or degree in building surveying
  • Ideally 1-2 years post graduate experience
