This company specialises in the development, construction, ownership and operation of Renewable Energy projects, focusing primarily on Wind, Hydro and Solar technologies. Due to an increased demand for their services this organisation is looking to bring on a Land and Estate Manager to help facilitate their plans for expansion across the UK.

In this role you will act as the focal point of negotiation for acquiring and delivering land contracts that enable the companies continued growth. This will involve liaising and relationship building with third parties such as planning authorities, stakeholders and land owners. All work will be underpinned by comprehensive reporting and brief writing to ensure efficient project delivery. You will also act as the organisations primary source of knowledge for land management, advising on how emerging regulations and practices could affect strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience with land surveying and contract negotiation for renewables projects. They will have a strong understanding of the legislation involved with land contract negotiation, as well as a commercial focus to ensure cost-effective land deals. They will have strong organisational abilities and a keen attention to detail, which they will be able to translate into high quality report writing. They will also be flexible around UK-wide travel which could occur when assessing potential sites.
