Land and Estate Manager - Renewable Energy Sector

Excellent Salary (DOE) + Flexible Working + Company Pension + Salary Review 3 - 6 Months

Clackmannanshire - Central Lowlands of Scotland (Hybrid Working)

Do you have previous surveying experience and seeking an exciting new opportunity to help the development and growth of a multi-million pound growing company? Do you have strong negotiation skills and experience drafting competitive land agreements? Do you have strong commercial understanding of business needs? Can you deliver well informed land deals that enable renewable energy projects to progress in a timely manner?

This company is independently owned and undertake a variety of energy projects across the UK. They have an inspiring vision to create an economy that is entirely powered by renewable energy. They have approximately £100m projects under their management and intend on rapidly expanding by recruiting driven individuals to assist the growth and development of the company and their vision.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working renewable energy projects and have a strong understanding of business needs. They will be highly organised and driven to ensure all project deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Strong negotiation skills are essential and the ideal candidate will be positive towards the idea of problem solving. They will be comfortable and prepared about the idea of working and staying away from home as projects are located across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who shares the same values in order to play a key part in this company's growth and within the renewable energy sector.

The role:
* Delivering land rights and any associated matters
* Expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously to a high level
* Staying well informed on all issues affecting the countryside, with new regulations that are likely to affect land use
* Strong understanding of farming and forestry economics and regulations and able to relate to relevant projects to make formal decisions

The Person:
* Must have strong negotiation skills and enjoy problem solving
* Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships
* Full UK clean driving licence and comfortable driving to various sites across the UK and overnight stays
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Highly organised and driven to ensure projects are delivered on time
