The company manage portfolios of several hundred residential units valued anywhere from £50m to £100m. They now perform internationally, as they now have established offices worldwide. They are a leading boutique in the midst of their biggest projects around the country and have exciting growth plans. Their ever increasing emphasis and devotion to housing and integration of UK real estate alongside their global network, paves the way for a land director to now be an integral part of the team.

In this role you will be taking on a dual responsibility of acquiring residential sites whilst acting as the primary point of contact with landowners and agents alike.

You will take charge of the project management team and oversee all managerial responsibilities within. You will assess site suitability, and promote for the company as preferred choice of developer. This will consist of identifying, negotiating and acquiring strategic residential sites, and managing said strategic land portfolios with your own budget knowledge and experience.

Alongside the CEO, you will implement said acquisition strategies, and act as the main point of escalation and tackle technical as well as process problems, and compile planning strategies with respective consultants and the project management team in a time efficient manner to ensure each project is running accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in following legal land processes, and knowledge of planning policies.

The Person:
*Project management/executive background (RICS/RTPI qualified)
*Good admin and communication skills
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Confident in coaching a team
