Are you a Land Requirements Advisor with experience using GIS's. Are you looking to join a national organisation, where you will be managing a large acquisition of land and properties.
On offer is a technically challenging position, where you will be processing GIS data and capturing all relevant information for the Land & Properties team,
This company is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. as the company continue to grow they are looking to bring on a Land Requirement Advisor keep up with high demand.
This role will therefore suit a Land Requirement Advisor with GIS experience from the construction industry, you must be highly organised and poses a high level of project management skills.
The Role:

*Acquisition of land and property
*Hybrid role 2 days in the office
*£35,000 - £43,355 + Training + Development + Progression + Pension + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
*1 years' experience GIS experience from the construction industry
*Processing CLR's experience
* Understanding of land powers
