They have exciting growth plans to further expand their team and as a result are looking for a Certified Land Use Planner to join the company and play a pivotal role in the engineering team.

In this position you will be working in the commercial, industrial and residential markets on development projects within the transport and utility industry. You will be responsible for zonal/site plan applications, working on land entitlements, making sure you are abiding to Florida growth management laws to work within the correct regulations. You will also write reports on your work to show the company your findings and concurrency reviews to enhance your projects. The Role:

- Work across a wide range of land development projects in the transport and utilities industries
