Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer
Chelsea, London (hybrid working)
£60,000 to £65,000 + 30% to 40% Bonus (OTE £91,000) + Private Medical & Package
Excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT Manager, or Infrastructure Engineer with Project Management skills to join a growing, financially strong, private equity "for good" organisation in a highly varied and interesting role.

In this role, you will be hands on managing all IT Operations for the business, from 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line support, to infrastructure project management, while also looking at cloud-based solutions, cyber security essentials and the digitalisation of the company. Currently a lot of the IT is outsourced to an MSP, however in time, they want to bring this entirely "in house" and will look to grow a small IT team around you, offering room for progression into management roles. They offer hybrid working and work on site in office 4 days a week, with 1 day a week working from home.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior IT Support Engineer, a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer, or a hands-on IT Manager with experience of internal user support, Microsoft Office products, cloud-based solutions and a background within Infrastructure, Data Centre, Networking, Desktop, Systems Integration and Project experience.

The role:
*Support the business with all aspects of IT, telephony & third-party supplier resources
*Hands on internal IT Support
*Project management relating to cloud-based solutions, cyber security & the digitalisation of the business
*Implementation and improvement of business processes
*Budget management
*Build and maintain an IT roadmap, IT strategy and IT policy
*Recommend, design, install, test, and deliver IT service improvements and system enhancements
*Grow a small IT team around you
*4 days a week working on site, 1 day a week working from home
*£60k to £65k + up to 40% bonus (OTE £91,000). The company has paid every staff member a bonus for the last 11 years and the previous IT Manager received it every year for the past 6 years at 40%.
The person:
*Previous experience in hands on IT Manager, Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer, or Senior IT Support Engineering roles
*Experience within Infrastructure / Data Centre / Networking / Desktop Support / Systems Integration / Project Management / Budget Management
*Understanding & experience of Microsoft Office products
*Experience with cloud-based solutions, cyber security, infrastructure project management & digitalisation
*Able to commute to Chelsea, London 4 days a week
