The Role:
*Lead the mechanical design, development, and testing of autonomous robotic platforms
*Own the full product development lifecycle from concept through prototyping, testing, and commercialization
*Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration
*Mentor junior engineers, lead design reviews, and drive best practices in mechanical engineering and product development
The Candidate:
*Strong mechanical design experience
*Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, 3D CAD modeling, and mechanical simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD)
*Proven experience leading engineering projects and delivering commercial products
