In this role you will be tasked with educating early professionals through level 2 and 3 BTEC in agriculture and farm mechanisation, this will be performed through 1 practical days teaching a week with 2-3 days theory teaching a week. The first year will only include 22 hours a week of actual teaching and you will be able to work from home outside of term time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agronomy qualifications and experience working with livestock, specifically cattle. Any and all experience with mixed farm working through arable, cattle and sheep is key with machinery operation in line with these experiences being also key.

The role:

*Assist day-to-day husbandry and maintenance duties on the farm

The person:

*Have worked in a farming or agriculture environment.
*Extensive experience working on a commercial farm
*Candidates will hold a level 2 or 3 qualification in Agriculture or equivalent
*Wants a better work-life balance
