An amazing opportunity has opened up for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a well-established MSP that is growing rapidly.

This multi-office MSP has tripled in size in the last 6 months and is continuing to expand across the UK, opening up new offices and purchasing other MSPs. This company has a fun, relaxed environment where there are great opportunities to gain in technical knowledge and experience and see your salary grow exponentially.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Office 365, Windows Server administration and troubleshooting. They will also need to have their own car.

The Role:

  • Dealing with a wide variety of issues, from simple tasks such as password resets to more technical tasks
  • Providing high quality customer service
  • Work on incoming support tickets

The Person:

  • Windows Server experience
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Can drive and has their own car
