In this role, you will be based in the Longwood office where you will have the prestigious opportunity to serve as the Lead Architect, heading up a dynamic department focused on government-related projects. As the visionary leader, you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced architects and project professionals, guiding and overseeing the design, planning, and execution of diverse public facilities.
Your responsibilities will involve leveraging your extensive architectural expertise and strategic thinking to shape the direction and success of the department. With your guidance, the team will create innovative and impactful spaces that prioritize safety, functionality, and the overall well-being of the community. The role:
- Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings
- Coordinate construction document content with project manager
- Produce detailed architectural working drawings and related project documents
- Administer construction projects and ensure adherence to design standards
The Person:
- Licensed/Registered Architect
- 5- 10 years of post-registration experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and MicroStation/Open Roads Designer.
