Maintenance Engineer (Days)
£40,000 - £42,000 + Specialist Training + Pension + 30 days holiday + Christmas Shutdown
Workshop Based, commutable from Poole, Nuffield, Bournemouth
Shift: 4 on 4 DAYS - 6am-6pm
Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to join bespoke manufacturer offering a great work life balance with no call outs required, combined with extensive machinery training alongside the view to progress to lead engineer and be recognised as a maintenance specialist?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and industry known manufacturer in an autonomous role where you will be invested in through extensive training for a specialist industry so you can develop your skills long term.
This company is the leading independent manufacturer of building products supplied to private and commercial clients across the UK. Due to continued expansion and ongoing workload they are looking for another engineer to join their team in a night based role.
In this role you will be responsible for managing PPM, repairs and breakdowns while on shift. You will have a lot of autonomy and will have to take the initiative to work independently and as part of a small team. You will be working on production lines which you will receive specialist training on, and will develop your skills to have great industry experience and knowledge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a stable and expanding manufacturer of specialist products in a varied and highly autonomous role where you will receive lots of in house training to further develop your engineering skills.
The Role:
* Maintenance of production equipment
* Mechanical with some Electrical
*4 on 4 off shift pattern days only!

* Experience in a maintenance role
