Are you an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience of Maintenance work in a Manufacturing or Production Environment?
This company are a well-established provider of non-food FMCG products, having operated long-term in the area they have quickly grown to be a leading player in the UK market. They are looking to increase their maintenance capabilities and so need a new Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for reactive and increasingly planned maintenance of the production facility in Southend-on-Sea. This will involve breakdown repairs and replacements of motors, gearboxes, conveyors etc. The work is predominantly Electrical, however Mechanical work will be required- training can be provided on many areas of this including specific machinery.
This role will be on a days and nights shift pattern as detailed above.
The ideal candidate will be an Electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
* Planned and reactive maintenance of production machinery
* Training on Machinery provided
* Days & Nights Shift Pattern - 4 Weeks Days, 2 Weeks Nights (8:30AM-5PM, 10PM-7AM)
* £40,000-£44,000 + Training + Overtime + Benefits + Holiday
* Electrically skilled
* Electrically Qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds etc.)
* Mechanically competent
* Experience of reactive and/or planned maintenance work
