Maintenance Engineer (Refrigeration Training / Days-based)
£40,000 (OTE: £45,000) + Internal / External Training + Career Progression + Premium-paid Overtime + Call-out Bonus + Days-based + 30 Days Holiday + Company benefits
Factory-based, commutable from Newton Abbot, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Crediton, Tavistock and nearby areas.

This rapidly expanding company are one of the UK's leading food manufacturers working alongside some major clients which has seen their orderbook full over the next few years. Due to growth and internal promotions, this company are looking to add to their skilled maintenance department. They are a family run company and have a close-knit team feel which is demonstrated in their high staff retention.
This role would be suitable for someone from a Maintenance Engineering background looking for a days based role with a company that offers specialist training, career progression and up to 1.5x Overtime rates.
The Role:
*PPM/RM of Food Processing production Equipment/Machinery.
*Basic maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems (Training provided)
*1in2 Call out rota (£100 p/w on call, up to 1.5x Overtime if called out)
*Factory-based, commutable from Newton Abbot, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Crediton, Tavistock and nearby areas.
The Person:
*Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within manufacturing.
*Knowledge of Pneumatics, Basic PLC's and Inverters
*Wants the opportunity to receive training, career progression and boost earnings through overtime.
