£42,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + 10% Pension + Life Insurance + Private Health

Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to work for a market leading business where you will take on a key role within the business overseeing the full maintenance function across their modern fully equipped facility?

On offer is an exciting role within a multi-national company which will see you take on a lead position where you will directly impact the performance growth and development of the maintenance department.

In this role you will develop maintenance plans, train and grow engineers and work on the continuous improvement of the overall production facility to ensure world class standards are met.

The company are a world renowned in their specialist field and following recent heavy investment to their plant in the UK are looking for an ambitious manager to get on board and help them realise their potential.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager looking to make an impact within a marker leading business, ideally with a strong multi-skilled background.

The Role:

  • Lead, grow and develop the full maintenance function.
  • Schedule maintenance plans and procedures
  • Develop and train an array of engineers
