Eau Claire, Wisconsin (Relocation Package Available)

$80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package + Career Progression + Training + 401k + PTO & Holiday + Company Benefits

In this position you will lead a team of maintenance technicians through preventative and reactive maintenance programs covering manufacturing machinery and automated equipment. You will troubleshoot PLC control systems, schedule and execute PM's and lead with a focus around safety, quality and efficiency. The Position:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians through preventative and reactive maintenance programs
- Play a key role in maintenance, engineering and CAPEX projects across the plant
- Troubleshoot electrical and PLC control systems
- Monday - Friday, 1st shift

The Person:
- Maintenance leader
- Experience working with automated equipment or robotics
- Electrical skillset
