£50,000 - £55,000 + Autonomy + Progression to Engineering Manager + Internal / External Training + 34 Days Holiday + 12% Pension + Flexible Hours + Days + Company Benefits
Factory-based, commutable from Swindon, Bristol, Westbury, Bath, Salisbury, Yeovil and surrounding area's.

Due to the continuous growth of the company and internal promotions, they are looking for an additional Maintenance Team leader to cover their fast-paced site. This role would suit anyone maintenance background with experience leading a small team, looking for full autonomy, progression to senior leadership, excellent company benefits and a great work/life balance.
The role:
*Managing a multiskilled engineering team to ensure factory operations are kept to an optimum.
*Manages and delivery of KPI targets to ensure site and department achieves goals.
*Factory-based, commutable from Swindon, Bristol, Westbury, Bath, Salisbury, Yeovil and surrounding area's.
The Person:
*Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
*Experience leading a small Engineering/Maintenance team
*Understanding of six sigma, or wants training.
