Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) - Rotating Shift
$70,000 - $80,000 Base (OTE $130,000+) + Huge Overtime at 1.5x + Global Manufacturer + Promotion From Within + Second-to-None Benefits + Bonuses
West Georgia / East Alabama (Commutable from Auburn, Columbus, Newnan, Opelika, LaGrange and Valley)
Are you a maintenance technician from a manufacturing background looking to seriously maximize your earnings through significant overtime, while joining a rapidly expanding, globally recognized manufacturer where promotion from within is a genuine reality?
On offer is a base salary up to $75,000 with realistic on-target earnings well beyond $130,000 once weekend and weekday overtime (all paid at time and a half) is factored in, alongside a clear route into leadership as the business opens its third plant.

In this role you will carry out preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance across plant equipment within a modern, climate-controlled facility, troubleshooting mechanical issues, driving countermeasures from downtime data, and supporting capital improvement projects as the operation scales.
This role would suit a mechanical maintenance technician from a manufacturing environment looking to earn exceptionally well and progress into a leadership role with a major global manufacturer.
The Role:
- Preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment
- Significant overtime available - weekends and weekday hours paid at 1.5x
- Rotating day/night shift with huge earning potential
- Clear progression toward leadership as a third plant opens
The Candidate:
- Mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and LOTO procedures
