Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Reading - Commutable from Newbury, Maidenhead, Slough, Basingstoke, Bracknell
£30,000 + Bonus + Mon- Fri + Private Healthcare + Excellent benefits

An excellent opportunity for a handyman/maintenance technician to work on a new project of flats in Reading, where you'll be in an interesting and varied role alongside a range of excellent benefits.
This company are well established as specialist in luxury modern living. They have developments nationwide and are now looking for an additional maintenance technician to join their team at their Reading site.
The role itself will be interesting and varied, from general facilities maintenance to testing and inspecting appliances and dealing with reactive issues across the facility.
The right candidate will have a background being hands on, ideally with experience working on general building maintenance.
The Role:
- General & Facilities maintenance
- Mon-Friday
- £30,000 + Bonus + Mon- Fri + Private Healthcare + Excellent benefits

- Background as a handyman/general building maintenance
- Good communicator and able to work in a team
- Commutable to Reading
