£40,000 - £43,000 + Training Opportunities + Autonomy + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits

This business are renowned as leaders within their industry and are looking to add to their team with the addition of an experienced continuous improvement professional, to add value and aid them during their recent period of growth.

In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing projects that can help improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase production productivity across the site. You will also facilitate CI training for employees, to promote a culture across the business that is in line with your implementations.

The ideal candidate for the role will be someone from a manufacturing background, who has a good record of undertaking continuous improvement projects.

The Role:
*Continuous Improvement Specialist
*Developing and implementing continuous improvement projects across the business, in order to reduce cost and wastage whilst also enhancing production
*Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00
*Opportunities to develop your skill set through external training opportunities

The Person:
*Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer or Process Engineer or Development Engineer or similar background considered.
*Background in manufacturing essential
*Experience implementing continuous improvement projects with success
*Lean Six Sigma qualification beneficial
*Commutable to Evesham
