Manufacturing Engineer (System/ data capture)
Aberystwyth
£38000 + Bonus £9K OTE + Flexible working + Relocation assistance + Pension + holiday
Do you have manufacturing experience with automated data capture, query and analysis skills?

The main function of this role is to support the Manufacturing Leader and the Manufacturing team with reviewing existing manufacturing techniques and strategies, and implement solutions and systems that fit the business.
You will also work with the wider team to assess and create a data driven picture of the current state and use analytics to support and inform planning for the future, Supports the Manufacturing Leader with the creation of departmental vision and strategy which spans both the future growth and day to day running of the deportment.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background, have automated data capture query and analysis skills, knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and have experiences of Kanban processes.

The role:
*Hybrid role- 3 days a week in the office 2 days a week from home
*Capture and analyse data on the current state of manufacturing through o combination of manual process and automated reporting,
*Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency, building capacity through continuous improvement whilst maintaining quality.
*Analyse and recommend systems to improve the Manufacturing production,
*Provide performance reports to advise the Leadership Team and the wider business, Encourage on enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team by providing current statistical information.
*Support the day to day running operations of the Manufacturing function,
*Develop, embed and support new systems to monitor production efficiency.
The person:
* Manufacturing experience.
*Automated data capture, query and analysis skills,
*Knowledge and experience of using ERP/MRP systems,
*Experience of Kanban processes.
