Manufacturing Manager
$110,000 - $140,000 + 25% Bonus + Training + Progression + 401K + Healthcare Package

Are you a Manufacturing Manager with experience in either the Electronic, Semiconductors, or Aerospace Industry looking to take on an exciting new role where you will have the opportunity to progress into VP and Director level roles?

In this role you will spend most of your time on the Manufacturing floor to ensure all areas of the production line are running smoothly. You will review and implement master production schedules. Consult with Engineers and the Quality Assurance team regarding machine uptime and issues and review quality issues in order to take corrective action. You will be an essential part of the hiring / firing process. And establish goals and objectives to ensure manufacturing is operating in an optimal capacity.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to use the management experience that they have gained to this point of their career and progress themselves into a Director level roles.
The Role
- Spend time on the Manufacturing floor to ensure that all areas of the production line are running smoothly.

The Person
- Previous management experience.
- Experience in either an Electronic, Semiconductors, or Aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors degree in applicable Engineering field.
