Excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing/maintenance manager with electrical bias to join a global leader within the manufacturing industry.

This business are current market leaders and have multiple sites across the globe. The Whitehaven site is one of the busiest within the UK and are looking to further grow their team with a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the electrical department. In this role you will be providing hands on support on a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks whilst leading a small, close knit team of multi-disciplined engineers on a day-to-day basis. There is plenty of in house training on offer and they are happy to upskill on qualifications for their engineering team.

This role would suit either an experience manager or someone in a team leader/supervisor role. A great chance to play a key part in a heavily invested manufacturing site and a long term career move.

The Role:

  • Electrical Maintenance Manager or Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Leading a small team of engineers within the electrical department as well as hands on work
  • Competitive salary DOE, 37.5 hours a week, core working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm but are able to accommodate some flexibility
  • Relocation package available



The Person:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Manufacturing/Industrial background
  • Management experience highly advantageous
  • PLC, troubleshooting experience
