£45,000 - £55,000 + Internal and External Training + Full Autonomy + Bonus + Company Car + 33 Days Holiday
Office and Site Based, Commutable From Gloucester, Cheltenham, Hartpury, Stonehouse, Cirencester, Chedworth, Newent, Ross-on-Wye, Cinderford, Mitcheldean, Tewksbury, Stroud and Surrounding Areas
Are you from a Mechanical background with experience managing commercial projects, looking for a varied role where you will have full autonomy to orchestrate multiple mechanical developments from concept to completion, while also being recognised as a manager who is responsible for directly leading the Engineers and reporting to the clients?

This company have been around for just shy of 40 years and following the acquisition of multiple major commercial contracts, they are now looking to hire an Mechanical Contracts Manager to assist with the increase in workload.
On offer here is a varied, office based with regular visits on site. You will be tasked with travelling to and subsequently managing multiple commercial projects from concept to completion. This will include assisting the design team create the project based on the clients specification, pricing, managing material procurement, planning the project with the Foreman, outlining targets and generally liaising with the Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Labours, Subcontractors and Estimators to ensure the project is running in line with the time frame and quality standard outlined.
This role would suit a candidate from a Mechanical background, with experience managing Mechanically focused projects and is now looking for a role with a rapidly expanding building services company, willing to offer a platform where you can progress your career and be recognised as a technical expert following leading training.
The Role:
*Managing multiple Mechanical projects for an array of commercial clients
*In charge of project design implementation and progress reports, procurement, client and staff engagement and health and safety compliance
*Internal and external training provided e.g. relevant qualifications or industry specific training
The Person:
*From a Mechanical background with experience managing commercial mechanical projects and people e.g. HVAC, Heating, Plumbing, H&C etc.
*Looking for a long term career that offers leading training opportunities
*Looking for a varied role where you will be managing multiple projects from concept to completion
