Mechanical Design Engineer (Manufacturing/Motors)
Crewkerne, Somerset
£32 - £37 per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35
6 month initial contract with extension opportunities
Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer from a manufacturing background who is looking to work on the development of new products and working in a tight knit team to be a part of exciting new projects.
Do you have previous experience or knowledge of electric motors? Are you looking for an immediate start and the chance to work as a leading part of a dynamic team in the design and development of new products?
This company are well established and specialise in working to provide a range of high quality products to their international client base. In this role you will be working with a talented team where you will be using Solidworks to produce detailed designs and 3D models. This will be a varied role where you be involved in the concept design of new products as well as developing legacy products. This role will be a 3 month initial contract with the opportunity for extension working inside of IR35 regulations.
The Role:
- Using Solidworks to produce detailed design and 3D models
- Varied role working with a skilled team to take products from concept to completion
- 3 month initial contract working a 37.5 hour week working inside of IR35
The Person:
- Mechanical Design Engineer with experience using Solidworks or a similar 3D CAD software
- Come from a manufacturing background and have knowledge of electric motors
- Available for an immediate start on a 3 month initial contract with extension opportunities
