This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer looking to join a well-established, rapidly expanding company with the opportunity of progression into senior management positions.
The well-established company are a leader in specialist engineering services for the maritime sector, and are increasing their headcount to cope with demand.
In this role you will be based in Portsmouth with occasional work in Plymouth. Day to day you will be managing and organising of projects and undertaking servicing, repair, installation and maintenance of a variety of mechanical systems on ships, boats, ferries and land-based systems and facilities.
This role would suit a mechanical engineer looking to join a well-established, industry leading company where there will be opportunities to progress into management roles and increase earnings via overtime.
The Role:
- Servicing, Repairs, Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems
- Monday - Friday based role with overtime available
- Excellent progression opportunities
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineering Background
- BTEC or equivalent qualification
- Good working knowledge of ships systems & Maintenance Programmes
