HVAC Mechanical Engineer
$100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + 401(k) Match + Full Benefits + Mileage + Training

The Role:
- Design and develop HVAC mechanical systems tailored to client requirements
- Conduct site surveys and interpret project specifications within a local area (45-mile radius)
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver fully engineered solutions
- Provide technical guidance to project managers and field teams
- Structured onboarding with training plan and ongoing development
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Proven experience within HVAC / MEP design
- Experience with load calculations and mechanical system design
- Proficiency with CAD / drafting software
