£25,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Overtime rates + Career Progression + Training + Growing company + Company vehicle once trained + Flexible hours

Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking to join a rapidly growing mechanical specialist where you will be given bespoke product training with the view to further progress your career and become a technical specialist, all whilst working a days based role, with uncapped overtime to boost your earnings?
This is an exciting opportunity where you will work as part of a closeknit technical team, where you will be trained by senior engineers with the view to become a go-to specialist and work as an autonomous engineer.
This company have been established since the 1990s and are currently going from strength to strength due to having a very diverse portfolio of services on offer, creating a wealth of business opportunities. Due to their ongoing growth, they are looking to bring on two more engineers.
In this role you will be working on a variety of machinery and equipment to service and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps as well as carry out pump installation an commissioning among other tasks. A great opportunity to receive training on a wide range of mechanical engineering duties.
This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer looking for a days based role, where you will be invested in through technical training, some scope of progression and uncapped overtime to boost your earnings.
The role:
- Workshop based initially with the view to progress into the field when required
- Uncapped Overtime paid at premium rates
- Further technical training on Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes etc
The person:
- Mechanical Engineering with products such as Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes or similar
- Keen for overtime work and training
- Lives locally in Cornwall - Bodmin / St Austell area
