£35,000 - £38,000 + Progression + Training + Global Manufacturer + Benefits

On offer is a excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer as part of the Facilities Maintenance team at the manufacturing site based in Bedford, they are offering expert on the site training with good benefits and great working conditions.
This company are global leaders in their industry, they develop, manufacture and supply electronic components for a variety of industries including automotive, industrial, instrumentation, medical, consumer and portable. With over 15 manufacturing sites across the globe the site in Bedford is now looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the facilities team.
In this role you will be maintaining and servicing all equipment to a maintenance schedule to ensure optimum performance of the plant, complete mechanical/electrical breakdowns and new installs, be involved in preventative maintenance and new installs. Follow prescribed safe systems of working at all times, ensuring adherence to all company and legislative procedures and requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role is somebody who is looking for the next step in their career as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, someone who is looking to work for a global leading business and work on cutting edge equipment. You will have good communication skills and be able to work together with a team and also on your own.
