Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias)
£34,632.53 (inc. shift allowance) + Overtime + Training Opportunities + 33 days holiday (inc. Bank Holidays)
Factory based, commutable from Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Stamford, Peterborough, Corby, Grantham, Spalding, Lutterworth and Surrounding Areas
Mon - Fri (2pm - 10pm)
Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, looking to work for a great global company working on specialist manufacturing equipment, with the opportunity for optional overtime and to advance your technical skills and play a key role in their maintenance team?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on cutting edge machinery whilst continuing to develop your technical skills.
Established over 100 years ago, this company is a market leader across Europe working with big brands, with multiple sites across the UK. To ensure optimum uptime and efficiency, they are seeking a maintenance engineer who will be responsible for responding to breakdowns and maintaining all machinery and equipment used during production.
The role would suit someone with experience working in a production/manufacturing environment, confident in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Any experience with injection moulding machinery is also beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking and reliable individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The Role:
- Provide breakdown cover
- Maintain machinery, automation equipment and any ancillary equipment
- Mon - Fri (2pm - 10pm) + PPE Supplied
The Candidate:
- Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds/Time Served Apprenticeship)
- Experience in a similar role
