In this role you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs in peoples homes following water and fire damage.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the Social Housing/Maintenance/Construction Industry and is looking for a role that has development opportunities.

* Working with the homeowner to deliver a high quality finish
* Carry out general maintenance works which includes but not limited to, basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
* Can show a proven track record in the industry
* Traveling between sites across all regions
* Has a relevant trade qualification and/or experience in building, maintenance or technical
* Has CSCS card
* A valid driving licence
* Great customer service skills
