£35,000 - £40,000 + 3 Day working Week + Days + Senior role + Autonomy + Industry Training + Progression into Team Leader + Overtime + Holiday + Pension

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a role within a specialist market leading company that will support you with exceptional industry training in a senior, autonomous and varied role whilst offering genuine opportunities to progress into Team Leader Position moving forward
This is a fantastic opportunity to become fully trained in both Mechanical and Electrical systems while working on a range of specialist machinery in a specialist manufacturing site. This while being offered a 3 day working week, clear routes of progression to begin your journey to a Senior/Team Leader position
This company are a market leader in their specialist field, dealing with the design, development and sale of special purpose manufacturing equipment to clients across the globe. They are a multinational business and the market leaders in their chosen field, with a real drive for technical excellence. Due to continual success of the business and exciting plans for large scale growth and expansion, they are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team to offer a fresh and innovative approach within onsite maintenance.
In this role, you will play a key part in all onsite preventive and reactive maintenance ranging from fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs. Alongside this you will deal with varied project work as well as driving continuous improvement within the team.. The position will give you autonomy across all aspects of maintenance and new machinery implementation as well as multiskilled training opportunities. The role is on a Shift, offering a 3 day working week, with both training and progression opportunities.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to expand their skillset within a market leading company offering genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role:
*All onsite reactive and preventative maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics
*Multiskilled training opportunities as well as career progression into team leader roles
*Shift Based- Thursday, Friday, Saturday 06:00 - 18:00
The Person:
*Previous Maintenance Engineer experience
*Wiring regulations
*Broad Electrical and or Mechanical knowledge
*Live commutable to Welshpool
