Network Validation Manager
Portsmouth (Hybrid/Remote)
Up to £60,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits + Exciting Company

The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent knowledge of fibre and network architecture, network verification experience, and strong project management skills.

The Role:
*Strategy and Planning side of the business, reporting into Senior in-life Planning Manager.
*Communicate with Build partners and drive performance.
*Complete and plan Network verification audits.
*Track live planning area build status.
*Attend sites to resolve queries with Build Partners than can't be resolved through desk validation.
*Hybrid role split between offices in Portsmouth, home working, and site visits around Southampton and Portsmouth.
The Person:
*Experience driving contractor performance through KPIs.
*Excellent knowledge of network architecture and FTTx.
*Project management skills.
*Experience in a field/fibre surveying position desirable.
*PIA accreditations desirable.
*Commutable to Portsmouth.
