O&M Manager - Battery Storage
You will ideally be based in or between Białystok and Warsaw
PLN 310,000 - 380,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an O&M Manager from a Battery storage or Solar background looking to play a key role in a scaling organisation and take ownership of an international portfolio?

This forward-thinking company specialise in the development, construction and management of grid scale battery energy storage projects across the globe. They have thrived in recent years as the BESS market grows significantly, and as a result they are now looking to expand their passionate team of industry experts to continue on their upward trajectory.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and overseeing commissioning, operations and maintenance activities on battery energy storage sites across Europe, the UK and internationally. You will provide technical support to technicians remotely or when visiting sites, ensure H&S standards are upheld, write O&M reports, provide updates on system performance and ensure operational excellence across sites.
This role would suit an O&M professional with experience working on Battery Storage (BESS) or Solar PV. You must be fluent in English and hold a recognised H&S qualification.

The Role:
- Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance Management for utility-scale BESS systems
- Provide technical support to the team remotely and on-site
- Write O&M reports and provide updates on system performance
- This is a remote role and will require occasional travel to sites predominantly across Poland, Hungary and the UK.
The Person:
- Must have relevant experience in O&M Management and experience in a hands on role
- Proven background working on Battery Storage or Solar PV systems
- Have strong H&S knowledge and hold a recognised qualification, such as BHP or NEBOSH.
- Experience of report writing
- Must speak fluent English
