Commutable from Wageningen, Elst, Tiel, Arnhem, Nijmegen (Hybrid working model)
€5000 - €6500 p/m + Up to 10% Bonus + Employee Ownership Scheme + 8% Holiday Pay + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + 13 ADV Days + Pension & Insurance CAO

As an integral part of a leading European independent power producer, this dynamic organisation specialises in the technical management, construction, and operation of utility-scale solar parks and BESS assets. Following a period of rapid global expansion, they are now executing an exciting growth strategy for their Netherlands subsidiary. As a result, they are now looking to appoint an operational leader to shape the team and drive long-term excellence.
In this role, the O&M Team Leader serves as the primary interface between onsite technicians and office operations, driving excellence through proactive leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving. Based across the Netherlands, the role balances client account management with hands-on technical support and safety oversight. You will be responsible for the team's development, operational safety compliance, and the efficient execution of both preventative and reactive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrical O&M professional with a proven track record in renewable infrastructure (Solar, BESS, Wind). You will hold MBO Level 3 or equivalent, a driving license and speak fluent English.

The Role:
- Lead as the primary link between onsite technicians and office operations
- Coordinating and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Respond to reactive issues and problem solve efficiently
- Provide technical support and mentor the team to foster professional growth
- Enforce strict operational safety and regulatory compliance at every level
- Act as point of contact for the client providing updates and answering queries
- Attend site visits across the Netherlands
The Person:
- Proven background in electrical operations, maintenance and servicing
- Experience working on large scale renewable infrastructure (Solar, BESS, Wind)
- MBO Level 3 or equivalent
- Driving License
- Fluent in English
