This corporation is a constituent of a larger grouping comprised of six distinct divisions. Their primary focus lies in strategic market segments where Hemp-based products serve as a catalyst for pioneering technological advancements and substantial carbon reduction within the ECO, Energy Efficiency, construction, and broader markets. Their expertise extends to Energy and Home Improvement services coupled with innovative Finance Solutions, including retrofitting solutions for both residential and commercial properties.

In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office processes and creating a positive working environment. The client is looking for someone who is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for renewable energy who has the willingness to learn the Eco Sector.

As an office manager, the ideal candidate will embody attributes such as a passion for sustainability, willingness to learn the ECO sector, analytical acumen and ethical integrity.

The role:
*Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
*Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to succeed.
*Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and coordination of company events.
*Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, working closely with our finance team.
*Facilitate effective communication within the office and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
*Assist in the coordination of various projects, including meetings, presentations, and events.
*Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The Person:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
*Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
* Knowledge of HR practices and basic financial management.
*Commitment to sustainability and renewable energy principles (willingness to learn)
