£30,000 - £40,000 + Industry Training + Progression + Performance Related Bonus + Company Benefits

This ambitious company are experiencing a period of high growth and as a company are going from strength to strength, increasing their headcount in multiple departments.

In this role you will be the main point of contact for sub-contractors and staff within the company. You will have the responsibility to bring in new talent and also liase with them during their time working with the company, to identify and solve any problems or queries. The role offers industry training and the opportunity to build a talent ID team around you, as the company continues to grow.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone from a Talent Acquisition or recruiter background, who is an excellent communicator and is able to problem solve with staff.

The Role:
*People Manager
*Liaising and communicating with new and existing talent within the company, whilst problem solving with any sub contractors working for the company
*Working 9:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday
*Opportunity to build a talent acquisition team around you, as the company grows.

The Person:
*Background in Talent acquisition or recruitment, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff
*Commutable to Stoke On Trent
