Now they are looking for an Efficiency and Performance Manager to join their Contract Leadership team in Central Bedfordshire.
In this role you will be office and site based working with the team and client delivering a highways maintenance scheme in the Central Bedfordshire region. The office is based in Dunstable and you will be working a hybrid split between office and site work.
Your function in the business will be to improve and maximise overall team and business performance across a highways maintenance scheme. You will lead the programming team and implement improvements to increase efficiency and ensure a brilliant delivery service on the scheme. You will do this through reporting on KPI's, working with the internal teams, clients and supply chain to create and improve programmes of works, gather feedback and create reports on performance. You will be client facing so will need to have strong communication, able to build rapport whilst also being innovative and dynamic. Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
