Are you a Production/Operations Manager looking to step into a Plant Management position, and take ownership of a growing, successful facility, and progress your career into senior leadership position in the future?
On offer is a chance to take the lead of a bespoke manufacturing facility. You will receive full product & equipment training, and the opportunity to mould your own departments in line with ambitious growth plans.

On offer is a chance to put your own stamp on a plant of around 100 employees. With a solid structure in place, you will oversee a strong leadership team, driving production, P&L, quality & process improvements.
This role would suit a Production/Operations Manager who is looking to step up into their first Plant Manager opportunity and take full ownership in the process improvement & growth of a bespoke manufacturing facility.
