This role would suit a Production Manager, with experience working with in a unionised environment, looking for a fast paced role with a global business who can offer an array of progression opportunities in to senior role and other areas of the group.
The Role:
*Managing 4 Shift Manager and 1 Stores Manager
*Developing a team of over 80 through upskilling and training
*Responsible for driving productivity and efficiencies across the site
*Ensuring all regulatory standards are met and working closely with SHEQ and senior management
The Candidate:
*Production Manager with 2nd line management experience
*Metals / Foundry / Chemicals background
*Change management skills and some knowledge of SHEQ
*Experience in a trade union environment
