PLC Maintenance Technician (Siemens) - Night Shift
$85,000 - $90,000 Base (OTE $160,000+) + Night Premium + Huge Overtime at 1.5x + Global Manufacturer + Programming Development + Promotion From Within + Second-to-None Benefits

Are you a PLC technician with Siemens experience who prefers permanent nights and wants to maximize your earnings through substantial overtime, with a global manufacturer that will develop you technically and promote from within?
On offer is a permanent night-shift role with a base up to $90,000 and realistic on-target earnings beyond $160,000 once weekend and weekday overtime (all at time and a half) is included, plus the chance to develop your Siemens programming and progress as the business opens its third plant.

In this role you will be the technical expert keeping production running through the night, troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs and control systems on Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal, while developing into programming and improvement work across a modern, climate-controlled plant.
This role would suit a PLC maintenance technician with Siemens experience who prefers a permanent night shift and wants to earn exceptionally well while progressing technically.
The Role:
- Permanent night shift - ideal if you prefer nights and want maximum earnings
- Technical expert troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs and control systems (Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal)
- Significant overtime available - weekends and weekday hours paid at 1.5x
- Develop your PLC programming and progress as a third plant opens
The Candidate:
- PLC troubleshooting experience on plant control systems
- Siemens experience (Step 7 and/or TIA Portal)
- Knowledge of motion controllers, HMIs, electrical systems and LOTO
