£45,000 - £52,000 + Technical Training on bespoke machinery + Career Progression to Project Engineer and Management +33 Days Holiday + Benefits

Are you from a PLC, Controls or Automation background looking to step into a bespoke R&D Team where you will become a technical lead of innovation of new and specialist machinery working alongside the Technical Director and team of four, with full industry product training and scope to progress your career into a leadership role?
This is a rare opportunity for a technical expert within PLC's who is looking to take control of the next wave of technology of this company's unique machinery, where you will then look to progress into management and grow a technical team around you to build impressive machinery of the highest standard utilizing industry 4.0 standards.

This role will suit a technical specialist with a strong PLC Programming background who is looking to work on bespoke machinery and progress their career.
The Role:
*R&D Lab Based working in a team of four, with the view to progress into management whilst remaining hands-on to lead projects in the future
*Working alongside the Technical Owner whose view is to pass responsibilities on allowing you to step up your career.
*Full Core Product training and you will bring PLC Expertise
The Person:
*PLC Programming abilities, Siemens is the software of choice however all other software's suitable to transfer.
*Looking to step off the road, into a workshop based role with rare travel
*Wanting to challenge themselves technically but also allow career progression to step up their career
