This reputable main contractor specialise in the development of large scale construction projects across the commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors working on a number of notable projects in the UK, Ireland and Europe. With an emphasis on quality, teamwork and client satisfaction this contractor have contributed to major construction works for over 100 years and are consistently improving. Now they are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team of ambitious individuals.
In this role you be a senior site leader that will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the projects pre-construction to include but not be limited to financial performance of the contract.
This opportunity would suit a candidate with experience within a similar role, with sound knowledge of JCT, NEC & CDM. You will be confident in preparing a programme, method statements, and submission.

The role:
- Head office based just outside Dublin in Saggart
- Prepare the programme, method statements and submission
- Produce the contract programme (having typically worked with the Estimating Department during the bid stage)
- Ensure that the Health, Safety & Environmental plan and project resources reflect the project scope and programme, including temporary works
The Person:
- Experience within a similar or related position
- Excellent communication, reporting, computer, people and performance management skills
- Happy to travel when required
